Terms of sale and use

Digital books, delivered as PDF files. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped. You need a device capable of opening a PDF.

Sales are made worldwide. Prices are shown in US dollars and are inclusive of any tax we are required to charge; your bank may apply its own conversion or foreign transaction fees, which are outside our control.

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. See our health disclaimer for who this material is and is not written for.

Checkout is handled by Whop. Your contract for payment is completed through them, and their terms apply to the payment itself. We never receive or store your card details.

After purchase you are taken to a private download page and emailed the same link. That link is personal to your purchase — please do not post it publicly. If your download does not arrive, email support@whynotlosingweight.com and we will send the file directly.

When you buy, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read the book and use it yourself. You own your copy of the file; you do not own the rights in it.

You may:

• —read it on any device you own, and print a copy for your own use
• —follow it, take notes on it, and apply it to your own life

You may not:

• —share, upload, sell, rent, or otherwise distribute the file or its contents
• —reproduce substantial parts of it publicly, including in whole or in part on social media, in a course, or in another product
• —use it to train a machine learning model, or to generate derivative works for distribution
• —remove or alter any copyright notice

All text, cover art and other content remains our intellectual property, or that of our licensors, and is protected by copyright.

30 days, no questions asked, and you keep the book. The full policy is on our refund page, and it does not limit any statutory rights you have under your local consumer law.

The quiz is a self-assessment tool that points you to whichever book fits what you told us. It is not a diagnosis, not a medical assessment, and its output depends entirely on the answers you give.

We provide the site and the books with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the material — and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

We aim to keep the site running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it. If we withdraw a book from sale, that does not affect a copy you have already bought.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you bought. Changes take effect when posted here, with the date at the top updated.

These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY / STATE], and disputes fall to its courts. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your own country’s law.
